Imagine washing a muddy car with a wet rag before pre-rinsing it. Of course you can keep washing the rag or use new ones. Or just take it to a car wash or wait for the next rainstorm. There are many ways to solve a problem. You choose what's best for you 🙂
Agreed.
A wise person once suggested that I consider this: If you walk barefoot in the yard, and accidently get dog poop on your foot, do you wash it or just get some toilet paper and clean your foot off.. why should your undercarriage be treated any differently?

Why not just wet some tissue paper and go to town?? I mean… why not just jump in the shower ass first and give it a good scrub?? These confuse me, sorry 😞
The idea is to get cleaner and not need toilet paper. Less water and less feces in the shower.
We use a cheap one without blow dry. We have a tray of wash cloths to pat dry and a waste basket for used cloths. No more TP needed. Never want to go back.
100% agree. A bidet is something you never knew you needed until you got one. I discovered them less than a year ago. I'm tracking my toilet paper usage as well. I bought a 36 pack in January of 2022 and still have 14 rolls left. I live alone though so it's only me using it.
As far a still needing TP? I would still have it on-hand (and for guests), but a bidet pretty much wipes (haha) out the need for it. I too use a washcloth to pat dry afterwards.
Image a life during the run on TP during covid. A bidet ends all the chaos over that. Get one and you will never go back. I will have one the rest of my life.
I had a Biobidet and it lasted two years before the hinge cracked. I've read similar reviews. Not overweight or rough on it.
Replaced it with a Toto for a little bit more. Toto does not do as good of a job cleaning but I know people who have had theirs for a decade without issue.
Not sure if this problem has been resolved with later designs but figured I'd mention it. was very dissapointing.
We have several models of this brand. Life is just better with them. Less tp usage when the "shortage" happened was icing on the cake. One we have had to send off for repair two times and they return it all fixed up (what could be fixed). Other one has not had any issues. Bigger people here and haven't thankfully had seats crack.
They sell a ton of seats at different price points. There are few other players that even try. I know Bio Bidet is often crapped on.. lol.. see what I there. I will see myself out...

Seems like a lot of bad reviews about warranty claims and customer service through bio bidet. I'm considering ordering through Costco for peace of mind.
Not a good brand. I got one from Home Depot for $199. It cracked after the first year, which they replaced. But then it broke again the next year. I'll be buying a warranty for the next bidet.
How is the water pressure on the 1700 compared to 2000?
I have 2000 in my bath and it's great.
We have Brondell (can't remember model) and the pressure is weak.
Thanks

I've only read/heard about these, and at my age (>65) I figure it's way past time to try one
This new customer code [WELCOME5] didn't arrive until after placing my order, so unsure if they can be stacked. Worth a shot for those interested.
Thanks for the code, and thank you OP for the posting.
Reading the description and it does not say anything.
What if someone craps on the nozzle?
Isn't that contamination?
