They hold value so well I got nearly as much as I originally paid selling it locally!
Just not sure if I should get the extra 4 yr. warranty offered by Asurion for $30 if buying from Amazon as it offers only 90 days warranty.
This is a gift for family member. I like the 64 oz. low-profile container on the Explorer compared to the longer 64 oz container that comes with the 5200.
Edit: I found my answer. As long as the Vitamix sold by Amazon, the serial number on the Vitamix is not reported as stolen or so, there is a 3 year warranty covered by Vitamix.
