It works with PS4 games on the PS5, not PS5 games. So, Ace Combat, SW Squadrons, etc work fine. War Thunder PS4 worked for me, but PS5 didn't. It's been many months since I last tried, it's possible they have fixed War Thunder PS5. EDIT - website shows working on War Thunder PS5 now

Also it doesn't just work with any game as a gamepad substitute, the game has to support a stick.

Including Maverick is a $20+ value, so this is pretty much a no brainer. It's plasticky and not awesome feeling, but it works. It was a good deal at $50, this at $40 PLUS the movie, no brainer

edit - I'd like to add that the usb cord on this one is kind of short... 6 feet maybe? Fine for PC/desktop, but if you're like me and your Playstation is across the room.... I use USB 2.0 male/female extension cords and it works fine (I had these left over from the Guitar Hero days)

I am planing to do the same thing.... It is just a bit hard to put these controller back into the original box.

Need the Hotas One for XB, but you should be good for PS5 - Amazon markets the bundle as Hotas Playstation 5 & Maverick Blu-Ray DVD (seller is Adorama).

Thanks for the info. This is a great deal, and Maverick was much better than I expected (my expectations remained low even though I kept hearing good things about it), but I will wait for one that works with Xbox for MS Flight Sim since I don't have any games that would truly benefit this for Playstation at the moment.

Sadly paid $40 for this from Walmart a month back with no extra movie I could sell for $10 or $15 Frown

The throttle is surprisingly nice. More for space sims than fight sims dude to it having a neutral bump in the middle. The joystick is very meh, noticeably less comfy and quality than my Logitech 3d extreme. So my feelings are quite mixed.
