I was staunchly against these pits. As a big fire guy, I thought they were essentially a scam. I was wrong.

I went to a party where they had the Yukon, and I was impressed. I decided to get the bonfire and the pit is truly amazing. There is no smoke once you get it rolling. I don't think I could ever go back.

It seems like maybe the shine has worn off on these things, maybe? I keep seeing deals and combos for them, whereas initially it seemed that they were going with the 'it's premium / never discounted' model.

Maybe some of the knockoffs have encroached on market share.

Question for the community - are these worth it?

I suppose the fact that SD Mods are shilling on their behalf suggests that this is less a 'deal' than a paid advert, which would then lead to the notion that this deal and the corresponding product are, in fact, shite.

Am I missing something? I see people talking about a $50 Amex discount and a $70 Chase discount. I looked at both my AMEX and Chase offers and see nothing for this company. Also, I can't find the $50 off code that you are all talking about. Trying to buy this as a gift. Thanks for any help.

I misread, you'd need two separate orders but same result. Do $50 first or use unique email. $50 is a first customer discount. But that should work fine in that order.
