If I try and purchase thru cdkeys with my card it ask for my address in that country and my debit card rejects the purchase

I bought the Turkey keys from Eneba. I tried using NordVPN and Express VPN, both verified as showing a Turkey IP...but I was still getting an error message about my region when trying to redeem on Microsoft on my laptop. I then tried windscribe....same issue again.
I then realized I was using my phones hotspot because I just moved and internet is not activated yet. I then downloaded windscribe on my phone and connected to Turkey IP. I am not sure why this mattered since my IP was showing as Turkey location on my laptop prior to doing this....but apparently that made the difference. Once both my phone and laptop were both connected to a Turkey IP, I was able to redeem all codes with no issue.
Contacting support does not help either, they will tell you the same thing. Curious as to how the other returning members with this deal were able to get the upgrade to go through.
