It's the ASRock Phantom Gaming monitor. I don't know how accurate their specs are but ASRock claims that peak brightness is 550 cd/m2 and the refresh rate is 165hz. I don't think I've seen another mid range monitor with peak brightness at 550 cd/m2. Seems like 300-400 is most common. Then the really unique thing going for it is it has a Wifi antennas on the stand to extend out from a desktop PC (if someone is using wirelsss). That's really cool.
