Yes. They have been around for a long time. I used to get ram and SSD laptop kits from them for my Macs.

They are not an authorized reseller because they do not operate within Apple's very strict reseller requirements (which is "you break it, turn it into Apple and pay them a repair fee, don't try to fix it yourself"). I googled it and it seems this company is not an authorized Apple reseller:

Is OWC is Authorised Reseller or Not?
But the question is, Is OWC is an authorized Apple Reseller? The answer to this question is no, Other World Computing is not an authorized Apple Reseller. This means, that it sells Apple products, yet they are not authorized by Apple for reselling.

Yes, I’m using it on a Win 10 PC. Windows treats it like any other wireless keyboard. Also works with the lightning cable connected to the PC.

I bought a Matias backlit keyboard over Apple because of this function. Thought my Matias backlit just died. So yes I agree I wish Apple keyboards were backlit.

I am very happy with my MX keys which occasionally goes under this price (I think I paid 70$ for it) not sure what is a con compared to this
