I don't know why but someone gave me a -1 😩 I checked the threads and didn't see this deal for this price. Not sure if I listed the info correctly because I don't see the correct url. If I'm doing it wrong, I can delete the post… just wanted to contribute even if may be local.

Saw it at my local Costco too, it's a good deal tbh, there's not a lot of love because most people probably already got it at Walmart for the same price.

I got the same one from Walmart for 149.99 but the difference here would be Costco will provide two year's additional warranty as per my knowledge.

Buy the 2nd gen from Apple that includes $50 GC for BF/CM using Apple GC purchased from Target/BB (w/ $15 eGC per $100) then you'll be close to gen 1 price, especially for the 44 mm. You can also choose the band you want (additional fees may apply) and not get stuck with these ugly silicone type bands. If you have Citi Costco card then pay some part of the watch with it and you'll get extended coverage from Citi.

Only if you value the Apple giftcard the same as or close to cash. I don't have a use for it so the Walmart deal or this Costco deal is better for me.

Correct. I don't buy apps on the Appstore (if I do, it's 1 or 2 apps here and there for $1.99). I don't buy music or movies on iTunes, and I rarely buy new hardware. When I do buy hardware I usually buy through Costco/Target/Best Buy/Amazon since it's almost always a cheaper price than through Apple. I subscribe through most streaming services with a credit card that provides statement credits or at least cash back. My situation may be unique or it may reflect other Slickdealers.

Edit: I will add that subscriptions (i.e. Netflix, Spotify) probably make the most sense for use of an Apple GC if you don't routinely buy Apple products or services. As long as you were going to pay that fee for Disney+ anyway, might as well just use up the GC.
