Hi there, Gap brands have issues with Free Shipping coupons & Paypal - it's a known issue. Contact Customer Service to request a refund on shipping; credit is issued immediately (instructions in OP). Happy Shopping!

Careful with PayPal. It took off the free shipping and I clicked too fast, cost me $7 in shipping which I could not cancel.

Paypal with free shipping worked for me Peach dress for 2.80 I had $1 reward otherwise 3.80 (with tax)

Yes, there appears to be a bug with Gap-PayPal integration. You need to go to the very last step of checkout process and pay with PayPal (select Paypal from all other payment options shown) and then it picks up the expected price….otherwise, if you do it a step before then the free shipping coupons (below threshold value) somehow fails to apply…hope this helps.
