Exactly my problem as well. The promo $15 is a BB GC, but I never buy from BB cuz they're generally overpriced. And their GC can't be used to buy a different brand GC.

You can also use Uber Eats GC for Uber rides too.

You also have many restaurants that don't upcharge. Uber One eliminates the fees/service charges and I basically have 40% coupons every week at this point.

I've had too many bad experiences with bestbuy giftcards. They are managed by cashstar and will not provide assistance if you don't receive the giftcard or didn't receive a refund for cancelled orders. They just pass you around between reps and never resolve the issue

This works out to be slightly better than yesterdays $90 GC for $100, but of course it comes with the BB GC. ($100/$115 = 87% or 13% off)

Said another way, in terms of value it's like the $90 for $100 from yesterday+ a BB GC @ $10 for $15
