It's an okay deal considering new and buying from a normal store where a return could be easier. People could offer more help on maximize value for your money if you let them know what your use case is

Was just browsing trying to compare the cost of my personal build to what's available on the market and I stumbled upon this. It is a very good value proposition from a reputable brand.

- R5 5600x 6C/12T
- MSI RX 6700XT
- MSI CPU Water Cooler
- 16GB DDR4 RAM

If I was a novice this would probably be on my list of potential purchases.

On the fence about returning the $700 Costco rig. The 6700xt vs 6600xt is definitely interesting but not sure it it's enough to go through the hassle of a return. This one only has 16 gigs of Ram vs 32 for the Costco rig. Is there anything else about this one that is better?

The return should be easy enough if you have a nearby Costco. They'll refund shipping costs too. The 32gb of ram is overkill anyway. It's nice, but not absolutely needed. The 6700 XT jump is significant, especially if you're gaming on a 1440p monitor. If it's 1080 gaming, keep the Costco version. Processor is a decent jump as well. And...this one just looks cooler...temperature wise and aesthetically.

I went in between and build mine with x570/5800x/6800xt/32g ram and nice air cooler and case for around 1100

Price includes 27 curved ViewSonic monitor too. Take 200 off that for hardware price only.
