We bought two at <$70 almost 2 years ago when it first came out. Using both daily and many times.
One thing we found is that one of the two machines we have (one at home, one at the office) will have issues w/ plastic capsules in that it needs to cool down before opening easily. It can be forced open, but not recommended. We had great luck with Equus and L'Or caps (both have deals on amazon to bring price per caps down to <$0.30) in that machine. The other doesn't care what caps are used.
When the machine tells you to delime (after 300 or so uses), DO IT! We found out the hard way that it will cause decreased performance if you run it more than 400 uses on semi-hard water before deliming. Machine also got louder than the other.

Indeed confusing, Amazon lists it as "Instant Pod" but shows the picture for "Dual Pod". Pricing seems to match the Dual Pod on other site so I would guess that is the product being offered. I ended up going with the older Instant Pod model and added the Milk Frother to bring up above the $149 threshold to get the 50% off. Another site is also offering 15% CB on Instant, and I expect another 3% back from my CC.

little annoyances but overall good quality, reliable and love that I can switch from k Cup in the morning to an espresso OL in the afternoon.
