Thanks, OP. I'd be remiss if I didn't point out that this deal originally came from Engineered_logic two days ago, but it's been marked as expired, so I get reposting it. Just want to give him a shout-out for the credit.

For me, I decided to order the kit along with a 55 inch rail from Rockler (20% off, so it was around $75+tax) and the TSO GRC-12 from eBay (although their website is basically the same price) as they appear to be much higher quality and self-centering vs. the Makita version.

I also purchased the overpriced bag, the clamps, and some gloves from Amazon to reuse the coupon. It's been . . . an expensive day for me. LMAO
For sure, I've been watching the product since I missed out on that Black Friday deal until it came back as a Cyber Monday deal

I'm surprised Makita didn't do any decent 40v deals this year. I'd like the XGT track saw, but I don't need it.
What I did need is the 40v duster... my gawsh that thing is awesome. It's worth getting into the XGT 40V alone! Lol

Thanks for the heads up on the 20% for the 55" track at Rockler!!! For some reason, my brain told me it didn't qualify for the 20%!!! I'm getting one, and having my queen order another! Lol. Now I can dump those Powertec!

This is an old pic, before I got everything put on/didn't have all the hooks but right now I have stuff scattered from the most recent project. On the cordless side, I'm invested in Bosch 12/18 & Milwaukee 12/18

Yard tools are Milwaukee as well but that's in the shed. I should've built the tool shelf larger. I'm not a professional woodworker by any means, just a DIY'er. Wood/fiberglass subwoofer enclosures are the primary thing I do, anything outside of that I'm more of a novice.

Which squares are you using on your rail... I googled, and found TSO Guide Rail Squares for about $200 a set that look nice, but pricey.
Get a MFT Table.. I had a 4x8 sheet cnc milled cus I'm a serious woodworker.. The square is okay but not super accurate. You missed out on the TSO square sale they have been pushing out email discount.. join their email list.. you need bench dog if you go MFT

Great deal, I've had this saw for years & it's one of my favorites! Spring for another track to cut full sheets & get the storage bag.

I've had great luck with this guide rail square

https://tooltheory.com/collection...square-kit

Which uses an empire triangle to get a perfect right angle. As long as you make sure to check the squareness of the triangle you buy you are guaranteed a square cut

I bought four empire triangles online and then returned three of them, keeping the perfectly square one 😃

Hah. Nice. A month earlier arrival than the Black Friday. Got it again. I guess I'll see which one ships first.

No that's the price. Depending on your tax rate, that's what it was for BF, too. I have $15 for sales tax.
