the unconfirmed rumored price is a tiny bit less than $10. But please don't forget, Bath & Body Works sometimes change the sale price at the very last minute.

This is a good price. Don't forget to use your $10 off coupon that you will get in the mail if you are on their member mailing list. Deals like this are a good reminder why the "Black Friday" sales are such a scam joke.

These were Buy 3, get 3 free on Black Friday. Well, on Black Friday they were $25 each, so $75 for 6 candles. This sale, not black friday, and it's $60 for 6 candles. Even better, you don't have to buy 6 to get the deal. If you want 1 or 2, you are good.

Retailers keep wondering why the sales are down this year... it's because ALL OF THEM are doing these BS fake black friday sales where they boost the retail prices or have fake discounts that are literally the same as the normal sales price. Even the religious Hobby Lobby does this to deceive their shoppers. I was in there on Black Friday and they had sooo many ad prices on flyers everywhere as major sales, but you'd look at the actual fixed price on the shelf and it was literally the same undiscounted price lmao.

Such a joke.

Can't combine with other offers. Back in the day you could stack the coupons and then these companies caught on to people saving money and they took it away
If you go in store, you can combine the $10 off $40 coupon. You can't use it online though.

Crazy how much the demand for this event has cooled the past couple years. This used to be an easy Frontpage with several hundred posts.

Furthermore, I went to my local store this morning at 7am, and there were only a few shoppers vs the crazy lines of years past.

I'm not sure what the reason is, but it's an interesting trend. Dontknow
They're doing BOGO all the time now with the candles, which isn't something that was very common before. When you combine that with the 20 percent off coupon that has been coming out nearly every month, it comes out to about the same price as candle day without the hassle. I got Christmas candles a couple weeks ago. The $24.50 ones came out to $9.80/candle and the $26.50 came out to $10.60. No limits, no long lines, and plenty of time to smell the candles. This is happening every two months or so, so candle day just isn't a huge deal if you shop their sales regularly.

My wife and I tried to save on shipping by going to the store last time the sale was on. There was a line down the mall. If you're going to try this go early I guess.

It depends on what she likes. Twas the night before Christmas smells great, like someone is baking cookies. The hot cocoa scents are great too. They have 2 this year one regular and one peppermint.

Champagne toast is always great if you don't know what to get. It smells lightly fruity and has been around for years. Strawberry snowflakes is good too.

I find they have less and less "great" scents over the years, but they still have a few that can't be beat. The above ones are the ones I bought this year.

As someone else mentioned, Aldi has candles and have been stepping up their game. They had a clementine/pomegranate that couldn't be rivalled by BBW for $5 this year.

$10 bucks is not bad for this sale, but they need better scents. They have fewer and fewer that are appealing to me and it's getting more difficult to find things to buy. Packaging is getting lame on some of them as well and you would think they would have more variety in candle holders since they sell this product. But sadly no.

In my experience BBW candles have the best throw and strongest scents.

I have some Yankee as well and prefer the BBW 3-wicks by a HUUGE margin.

The other store brands are usually trash. I think BBW uses a lot more essential oil or whatever in their candles.

With that being said, some of the scents can get overwhelming if you burn the candle in a small room. I burn mine in my living area which is fairly large and it makes the entire house smell good.
Yeah not essential oil. Fragrance oil. Synthetic. They pop a drop of actual essential oil in there to be able to slap it as a "blended with essential oil" label on it, but you're getting mainly chemicals.

If it were actually pure essential oil the candles would be north of $50 a pop for this size.

I've always purchased candles from B&BW but over the years they really became greedy especially during the pandemic where they inflated prices and started limiting coupons. I remember when you could always find a $10 off coupon or percent coupon easily but they started gatekeeping that. They force customers to pay for shipping and made it so unbearable to wait in line on Candle Day that I think most customers are over it.

Like I said before, if you pay attention to their around the year sales 3 Wick Candles can be had for this price after coupon(if you get on the mailing list) and you don't have to wait in line. The company went from being very customer oriented to acting like a monopoly. I have plenty of three wick candles from other deals so I always gladly sit this one out. I guess 9.95 and being able to use $10 off instore is good for some folks but I'm not waiting an hour in line for that. I would rather keep my sanity.

I thought you could only use one coupon per order? So after using code Candleday, you cant use the 10 off 40 right?

Those are two of my favs too! Plain balsam, not anything "and" balsam, the mahogany balsam is gross. Tree farm is not bad either. Also, like the chocolate and cream, nice warm chocolate throw.

I have a $10 off $40 coupon in my account and of course can't use it and the candle day promotion together online. However, does anyone know if I can use that coupon in store with the candle day promotion?
I used my $10 off $40 in store yesterday with no issues. Also had the free full size body care item with purchase and they let me use that one as well.
