The difference is the dial on the right of each headset. The dial on the 7+ adjusts the audio chat mix while the dial on the 7P+ controls mic sidetone. Which is more useful comes down to personal preference. And just to be more confusing, the 7 and 7P are the previous generation. The 7+ and 7P+ are the current gen with better battery life and USB-C charging.

Thanks OP! Got the white ones over a month ago and they can still be returned till January so ordered these for $20 less plus had $14 cash back from the Amex card. I like them, but they are carzy loud on MW2. Had to go into the software and adjust the mic, because everyone complained that it was crazy loud.

I bought the deal posted for Logitech G435, but I couldn't find any good reviews for Ps5 shooting games using the 3D audio to detect precise shooting and footsteps for MW2. I was considering steelseries 7 or the turtle beach 700 but went cheaper, I may get and try with january return window

Pretty good deal. Looks like Walmart [walmart.com]matched it, I also got a popup for H 0 N 3 Y browser extension for an additional $10 off, if you can find a store in stock or if it comes back in stock for shipping.
