As mentioned in posts 3 & 4, the company that makes these is on the verge of closing.

The A-Frame seat is higher with little downward movement possible. The V-Frame seat is lower with some downward adjustment available. 5'8" min seems about right for A-Frame. Possibly even taller. V-Frame adjustment seems to enable smaller riders. How small? ??

Judge by wheel size height compared to seat position. 28" wheel would be slightly taller than standard 700C wheel but very close.

It's a good deal on a cool bike but Bird Is on the verge of going out of business.
"Bird Warranty" is worthless.
I would be afraid of some rando messing around with my bike assuming it was some rental.

bird has a 12.4ah battery.. vs wing at 8.8.. so roughly 2/3rd the range..
battery is one of the most expensive components here

We probably need to rebuild it ourselves...most of these eBicycles, if not generic rebranded copies of a Chinese white paper design or licenced Shimano or Bosch, use proprietary batteries...cells inside are commercially available, but you won't get away without "some" soldering.

Probably worth checking out to see if this is the US version or EU version. European law is 15mph so all bird bikes in Europe have that limitation, only US version can go up to 20mph.
