We probably need to rebuild it ourselves...most of these eBicycles, if not generic rebranded copies of a Chinese white paper design or licenced Shimano or Bosch, use proprietary batteries...cells inside are commercially available, but you won't get away without "some" soldering.

Probably worth checking out to see if this is the US version or EU version. European law is 15mph so all bird bikes in Europe have that limitation, only US version can go up to 20mph.
Seems like a fabulous deal except for the warranty issues and parts issues. The Van Muuf bikes are triple the price or more, and don't have disk brakes.
