Thanks. My original order was cancelled. However I was given $100 on rewards. I chatted with them and they said they would cancel my membership. I asked if I could order the same item for same price when it would be back in stock. They said they would try their best and gave me reference number. I saw it back in stock couple of hours later. I opened the chat and gave the reference number and asked if I could order then. They sent me a direct link where I ordered it for $475 - 100 rewards + tax. Everything was straightforward. My item is already on the way on FedEx.

Now the membership looks canceled and I expect to get a refund.

I just type in other or order in same chatbox and it will reconnect to the chat and that usually will bring up a new c/s with whom you could try your luck with.
