Pleasantly surprised with this machine. The new ones come with a Baratza grinder, supposedly similar to the ESP, but I haven't been able to verify. Better than what it had before though.

Can anyone who received this confirm that it is eligibile for the barista kit on registration? (this is separate from the $200 coffee sub thing)

We have this at home and simply love it ... by far the best one we have ever used ... excellent grinder ... low maintenance ... phenomenal expresso ... sure its NOT automatic but zero issues ... You just have to make sure you do the maintenance when you are suppose to

yeah I fear those higher end touchscreen units, the screens will fail, and this lcd/button combo unit will keep working EEK!
