I have an older model of this - it's lasted a while but also after a while the fan gets noisy and it's VERY hard to get it open to be able to clean or replace the larger fan.
Also, that USB plug in extension, that allows you to plug another USB in - it never worked on mine but one thing it does do, is scratch my skin every time my hand gets near it (ex, reaching around laptop)...due to the sharp edges on the end of the USB extension.
