You may have had a gift card, or targeted. Not working for me
Probably worth buying at Costco for more money and the easy return IMO
I was debating to buy between iRobot with $100 Amex offer or Costco and finally got one today from Costco due to their return policy. I returned one of mine i8s after 3 years of daily use due to its docking issues and got my money back no questions asked. Also was told by a cashier today that I can return it within 5 years if I don't like it. I used my USAA card to pay for it is their new return policy

Smart, very Smart
I have returned all 4 Irobot's bought to Costco over the last 2 years. The longest one made it 3 months. There is drama associated with the J7. I did not buy one this year, too lazy to do a return. Also, I want to run it at night and the only way to disable the clean base is to remove the bag???
(The Docking issue is well known, goes to the base and starts dry humping it)
