Sounds good. But if I actually wanted those 400 tones, would that really work?

Yah, they seem like the same keyboard. I wonder if the 190 is some special Costco model?

It's not on Casio's website either.

If similar I'd go with Costco all the way. If it doesn't meet expectations the return policy is your friend.

The Costco model is not pressure sensitive, it's an essential feature to loose for $10

Amazon has both at higher prices but at least I was able to compare descriptions and specs.
The CT-S300 was first released in 2019 and has 2 additional specs not listed for the CT-S190 (Costco) released in 2022.

The CT-S300 also has
- touch response
- a Pitch bend wheel

Excellent deal for this keyboard price. This would make for a great gift. But if you plan on buying it for yourself or for your own children (if you are a parent) you might want to anti up to a full 88 key standard size keyboard. This way you don't have to upgrade later when you advance in skill level and want to play many songs that requires more than 61 keys. This keyboard is still a great slick deal for the price!

I'm in this boat, the next jump up to 88 on SD appears to be the KORG B2N. Any other recommendations? https://slickdeals.net/f/16197625-korg-b2n-88-key-lighter-touch-digital-piano-w-audio-midi-usb-279-free-shipping?page=3#commentsBox

There is a bit more than just having 88 keys, you also want weighted keys if you are serious of getting into piano. Semi weighted works but if piano is what you want to learn, its best to use weighted so your fingers learn the actual veolicty and weight required. if you aren't sure you are going to stick with it, then any 88 keys or 61 key keyboard with touch veolicty is good enough.
