Have been debating between this and the Scarlett solo. I know this one is worse in quality, but the price difference is pretty big

It's a shame you missed the $68 deal. If it drops to that price again, I'd say it'd be really hard to justify spending $30 for this.

I'd say the software alone is worth the difference, even if you only use some of the plugins. I didn't look into the bundled software it before I bought the Scarlett Solo, and I was pretty shocked when I saw how much it came with.

Can I connect the Polk PSW10 woofer to 2 x JBL 306P MKII powered speakers with this audio interface as PC speakers?

Technically speaking, yes, It might not be ideal but if you already have it then it's not a bad option. You will need to make a RCA to bare wire in to this and then a bare wire to 1/4 inch TRS. That said, if you don't own any of these, you would be better off using this interface with something like a Mackie CR-X. It's a smaller sub but is actually designed for this whole flow with proper I/O.

How big is the room you are putting these in? The 306P alone would be enough for anything smaller than 12x12 feet at a reasonable volume.

Yes but those jbls produces alot of hiss for upclose use as pc speakers. You want passive speakers + an amp like the Aiyima deal for best noise performance up close.

I have both, and I've used both to record many times. The Behringer isn't quite as versatile, but if you're just starting out, it's great, especially for this price point. If you're looking for an interface, the Behringer's a great starter to buy and try, then upgrade to one of the nicer Scarlets in a few years.
