I have one. It still shakes when you type on it. The aluminum stand can flex when you put weight on it. I am overall happy with it since I am using a wireless keyword.

+1 to this. Seems to wiggle but it's still solid construction, single piece of aluminum.

9.4 Inches width. I know it says it can support a breadth of sizes but I wouldn't use it for anything large. The vents are all in the middle so unless your large 15+ size laptop has its ventilation dead center, then idk how useful this would be. Plus I am more comfortable if the feet on the laptop are all touching the surface rather than this units rubber top and bottom bars giving it a lift in areas that maybe such weight was not intended.

That all said, I am pretty sure it would be fine.
