Brothers was amazing. A more chill game but great mechanics and great involvement in the characters/story. I wouldn't miss that one.

"Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons" is a great game, but I understand why most people wouldn't get excited about it. And it's old and has been free elsewhere before. So pretty weak month. (But people should try Brothers ! )

Is there even one game worth bothering with in this list.. I think I already have Quake. I stopped adding every free game that comes along once my game count topped 500. I don't want to clutter my library with crud any longer.

Agreed. But as for brothers being old, quake was released in 1996.

Agreed. Pretty much a lackluster giveaway this month. H3ll, before the Bethesda Launcher went to ish, Bethesda gave away Quake for free during their 25-year anniversary.

Well this is fortuitous timing as I'd just seen a Digital Foundry video about a ray-tracing mod for Quake and was wondering how the heck was I going to find my old install CD from the 20th Century? Now I just need the mod. Nice! Read about it here: https://www.eurogamer.net/digital...incredible

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Is one of the best games I've ever played. Can't tell you why that is without spoiling it. But the co-op mechanics are fun.
