Namco made Pac-Man, Midway owned the rights to distribute Pac-Man and used a mod kit by GCC to make and distribute Ms Pac-Man. Neither the two licenses shall cross paths. You won't see any properly licensed and distributed remakes with both titles sold together.

People buy this as much for home/garage/game room decor as they do for actual game playing nostalgia.

Some like putting up a $200 painting, sculpture or vase- I like an 80s cabinet who's glow takes me back to being an arcade rat.
