Be aware you may get used one from Microsoft store purchase.

I bought this when it was $59.99 before Black Friday. I was very disappointed that I received this controller as open-box/used condition. Battery is un-used, but adaptor and cable are used, controller can't tell used or not. There is a little dirt on the adaptor. I tested this controller and adaptor with my window 10 PC and it appears working fine. A few days later, the price came down to $49.99. I couldn't find online Microsoft customer service to complaint such issue or ask for price adjustment. At the end, I decided to just keep it rather than return/re-buy because I redeemed $25 Microsoft Bing search points for this purchase which is non-refundable per Microsoft reward terms and conditions.

Same for me. It was more like an open box - excellent condition. No complain considering the price but this is just something the company shouldnt do.. They cant just sell it as a new condition when the product is obviously not

Just looked at mine and it looks slightly used too. Not particularly happy as this isn't really discounted when you factor in the fact that it's used.

Yes. Lower latency. Also Bluetooth supports a single device. With the adapter it will support 6 things active between headsets, other controllers and wheels.

Weird that they used a pic of the xbox one controller instead of the new one. Speaking of which, i found that the usb dongle from the xbox one controllers works just fine with series s/x controllers so i was able to buy just a controller for $35

Definitely for sure. I have an older model and use it over BT. I have tons of issues over BT and Windows handles BT poorly anyway
