Thanks! I just picked up this set at Costco the other day for $35. I'll be returning that to save $4 + there another $3ish since it looks like this qualifies for the 10% Amazon CC cash back.
I'd never trust buying my food from a van with a giant carrot on top.
A lot of toy designs Are made to market to the mother of the child Because she has the Money not the child.
This set is Is marketed to type A personality vegetarians that want to indoctrinate their children to be vegetarian also.

LOL I'm a dad and we love to eat meat. I bought this set for my 5 yo daughter because she loves bunnies and anything they eat, especially giant carrots. Chatting with Target now for a price match since I bought it recently at $36 and can't return as I used it to meet a target Circle bonus offer.
When I go to the product page, I also see "Get 10% back on amount charged to an Amazon Prime credit card", which will knock another $3 off the price, bringing it down to around $27.99. Most likely targeted offer.
10 cents per piece is typically the baseline. If you can get a set for less than that you're doing pretty good. LEGO has it overpriced at $45. At $31 it's right around where you'd expect it to be for list price (plus or minus a few bucks). Not a real deal IMO. LEGO has been really overcharging on a lot of their sets lately, especially the licensed stuff.
