Every hifi loudspeaker manufacturer has $30k+ speakers these days. In fact the new impress the idiot price is now actually over $100k. It means nothing at all. Total foolishness, only a few companies are making $15-$35k speakers that deserve to cost anywhere near that much based on sound and really that is pushing it. (Like maybe a pair of KEF Blade1 Meta($35k), Maybe REVEL Salon2 ($24k) REVEL F328be($18k), Maybe Perlisten S7t ($18k), Maybe JBL K2's($48k) or M2's,($15k), Maybe Yamaha NS-5000($15k) or if I was absolutely billionaire rich but still wanted good engineering and not a complete and total cash grab something from TAD's top line($70k+)

That said I am curious this particular line and how they sound so I might buy a pair at this price.

From all the Reviews I have read and the videos they are top notch. Plan on owning some one-day the triangle Borea is good and these are a step up.

I def recommend reading/watching reviews, but imo they are pretty good. This is their middle line. Some of their high end are b&m store only and go for 30k a pair

I wish there were local stores to try these. Called all the major audio stores in bay area and no one has them.

I would sure like to hear what $200k speakers sound like. Must be like angels singing to the new born babe.

in a crap room/space not likely much better than a $600 pair. Speakers at that range are like most other items at that range, it's MUCH more about HAVING them than it is about the sound they are capable of reproducing. Like very expensive watches, cars, knives, homes, spouses, etc.

Those are two very different sound signatures, so you would have to listen for yourself to find which you prefer.

These are twice the price, rightfully so. Not sure it's a fair comparison, in that aspect IMO.

You are better off comparing them to Triangles Bro3's.

If you're looking to do HT with them, keep in mind JBL's matching center (520c)is a very weak link, finding a replacement can be a challenge.

Couldn't answer that for you but would say it would be better if you preferred the Borea's sound over the 530's, they are different.

You are comparing a horned designed vs a silk dome one. In very general terms my impression is the Borea's are more a natural/neutral sound vs the 530 being up front brighter sound.
