I was looking for diapers in search of the Amazon toolbar and got Huggies showing up %50 off for the first order with subscribe and save.
This is probably targeting non prime users ! so, try to use a new account because it doesn't show this promotion to my prime accounts.
Also, you can have $20 off when you buy with $100 from select items. I believe if you get two packs of any size, you will get it with almost %50 off with free shipping as well.

Seems like targeted, try making a new account and don't activate prime on it and try again from the phone app maybe/pc(in case if you tried from phone before)

I don't think there are any issues with that. You can have as many accounts. Never heard of anyone having issues because of that tbh.

I see it now on my prime account as well. Can you search Pampers size 6. Then get the Huggies from the search list then change to your desired size
