Seems like it's $2000 off MSRP and reviews are positive. Hopefully it's a good deal but don't know much about refrigerator deals haha.

Bought 2 of these for my kitchen over a year ago. They are great and I like the minimalist design. Even at the 3.3k price point each I thought they were worth it.

I have Samsung appliances in my kitchen and bought them 2 years ago due to similar black Friday deals. So far so good but I am a little nervous. The general consensus is that the Korean manufacturers (Samsung and LG) break way more often than the other brands.

We bought one with the drawer and we love this thing. Normally have buyers remorse after such large purchases but the beverage center is game changing for our fast moving family. Being able to fill up a water bottle in seconds with the auto refilling jug and still having the option for self fill is the best feature.

I will say we got the one with the screen and find it particularly useless. We have fun leaving notes on it and put some pictures on it but I'd skip it if we were to get another

Friends don't let friends buy Samsung appliances, especially fridges. Ask any appliance repair person.

Avoid Samsung refrigerators at all costs. They have a design flaw which makes them irreparable and cause numerous headaches such as not keeping an accurate temperature and water not draining properly . There are many groups on FB and Reddit that go over this. Worst experience I've had with any appliance I've ever owned.

Not sure if this still has the dread coil freeze up issue that haunting most if not all of the Samsung refrigerator couple years ago?

Did yours have the ice maker in the fridge?

I love how people bring up issues with a 5 generation old appliance and don't think the company has made any corrective measures. But keep doing it though it's getting me great deals on appliances

For the bajillionth time: Temperature and water issues only involve Samsung fridges that have ice makers in the fridge not freezer. Does not apply here.

These refrigerators have not been able to engineered properly. The flaws are not fixed. There are 100,000s of people who are experiencing this every day. Go ahead and roll the dice, just remember that when your family gets food poisoning, your kitchen floods or catches fire that you got a "great deal".

So according to you, there are so many people experiencing this issue that they could fill a small city? And apparently Samsung will give you food poisoning, flood my kitchen, or CATCH ON FIRE? This has to be fear mongering to the extreme. Holy smokes.

FWIW, Samsung appliances aren't perfect. I have owned dozens over the years, and they can have their flaws. But when you can get them for a steal and they are including a lot of the latest technology that domestic manufacturers will not touch, it's a no-brainer to me.
