Yes, but it is easily fixed with some minor EQ adjustments. I like these overall once I reigned in the highs.

I'm only using them for music though and like how lively they are. For surround setups they may not be the best choice.

If you have a receiver with DIRAC or other software correction, these and the rp-600m ii will likely sound the same. Might as well save the $300.

If I use these for the back surround sound is it worth it or pick up something else? All of my speakers are reference premiers if that matters. Thank you
