That used to be a thing on amazon. I recently bought a record from there and it came with the digital code- but the code didn't work. 😢

Just FYI Gorillaz Plastic Beach appears to be mislabled as vinyl when it is actually the CD on sale.

I think Amazon does this now. At least I seem to remember the last vinyl I bought off them came with a digital copy. But honestly don't need it with Apple Music/Spotify/etc.

A lot of these (especially those sold by Deep Discount?) seem like they might be a gamble as to whether you get the CD or the LP. I filled up my cart with a lot of these suspiciously cheap ones and then started looking closer at the descriptions and the list price and decided not to roll the dice. If it were sold by Walmart I might chance it, but I don't know what the process is for third party sellers.

Walmart vinyl is always cheaply made reissues and removes key features like reverse cut grooves

Just go buy these for half as much used and support a local record store and get a quality copy
