I have called the CSR costumer care to explore about the retention offer. The representative gave me $150 statement credit. It may be worth to give a call if you have your annual fee ($550) due now!

Back in September when my annual fee was posted, I called them and they told me that they don't offer retention offer on reserve card ( I got $150 two years back) so can I still call at this point when it's already 30 days after the annual fee is posted?
