I have called the CSR costumer care to explore about the retention offer. The representative gave me $150 statement credit. It may be worth to give a call if you have your annual fee ($550) due now!

I think Instacart plus membership has ended as it was only for 1 year ... only $15 credits are remaining ...
Where do you see the plus membership for 2024?
It is only 12 months for CSR, but it's still available in 2024 (and you can stack another several 3 free months on top depending how many other chase cards you've got)
Get free grocery delivery with Instacart+
• 12 free months with Sapphire Reserve® and J.P. Morgan Reserve®
• 6 free months with Sapphire® and Sapphire Preferred®
• 3 free months with Freedom®, Freedom Flex℠, Freedom Unlimited®, Freedom Rise℠, Freedom® Student, Slate® and Slate Edge℠

was able to downgrade to freedom, kept the 300 credit i used for travel and got back the 550 fee!
Did you ask the CSR to reduce the annual fee to $300 instead of $550 and was denied, so you downgraded it to Freedom?
My CSR card expires in 2 weeks and I already got the $300 travel credit for 2024. I was able to have the CSR reduce the annual fee to $300 since 2020. I plan to downgrade to Freedom if they don't budge on the $550 annual fee, then re-apply to Sapphire Preferred for 60k point credit since it has been 5 yrs.

My $550 CSR annual fee is due on 3/1, so I asked for a retention discount of $300 but was denied. It has worked for essentially free CSR since 2021.
I downgraded to Freedom and kept the same Visa #, then realized I could not transfer 100k points to United. The workaround was to either upgrade to CSR to transfer the points or add me to my daughter's Preferred card as an authorized user and use her account to transfer my points to United. So, if you plan to downgrade - transfer your points before downgrading.
I've been United 1k for ~10 yrs and received a mailer for a United Quest card for 80k miles and 500 PQP (worth about $450) for spending $4k on 1st three months. I signed up and got approved two days after Chase pulled my credit report. Annual fee is $250 with $125 annual United purchase credit. You can look into/sign up at pursueyourquest.com/80kmiles
