Thanks, was searching for one for next season. Good beginner board/easy to control I take it?

Should go perfectly with needing an electric pump for the Intex Excursion Pro Kayak I purchased on cyber monday for $90 too.

I have 3 of the 2020 model, it's held up very well, compared to the hyperlite brand, I feel the Body Glove is more stable, heavier. We are definitely beginners.

Tempted to get for my wife, see that there are over 2,800 reviews (not sure how that is possible). Some of the more recent and negative reviews have a common thread of leaking/bursting seams. I know that returns are simple at Costco but not sure that I want to deal with the hassle of finding out if this thing lasts.

I own 2 of the older model and bought one more! These things are super reliable. I've never had a problem. Any leak issues are isolated to a small batch.

Excellent boards. I have two (2018 and 2020), have beat them on rivers with doing white water class II, hitting rocks, gravel, no problems. BG had some seam separations on their tandem 15' model and were proactive in getting the recall/replacement info to customers through Costco and direct. Another company, Blackfin (and 3x the price) the same problem. The Performer 11' is the only board I've seen with 3 layer material and they are stiff with almost no flex and I'm 230lbs. These new boards, 2022 and 2023 also come with an electric pump (manual too) so lots of value with these on Costco. I see dozens of them when I hit the popular places here in California.
