I just installed this on my 65" TV in the bedroom. It is very bright, so bright that I've had to lower the brightness down to 50% sometimes 30%. It pairs easily with Alexa and can be controlled with voice commands. Kasa is supposed to push an update which would allow this to sync to music (hoping it happens). My only gripe is lack of USB connection - this would have allowed me to connect directly to TV for synced lights on and off.
I also purchased a Govee brand during the BF, CM sale. The lights were weaker and found it to be unstable. I ended up putting those on my 32" monitor. Brightness is meh. I would go all Kasa next time.

How much lumens one should expect from it?
From Amazon q&a
Since the KL400 doesn't utilize white LEDs, there is no technically no measured value of lumens.
However, since the KL400 can simulate white light using color combinations via its RGB LED technology, the brightness of this value is equivalent to 400 lumens.

150/5m is on the "big gap" side. 300/5m is what you'd expect for small gap use. Wi-Fi LED strips should be under $10 any day every day, compatible with smart life.
How do these stick to walls? Adhesive? Will the wall paint come off if removing to reposition - and is the adhesive reusable multiple times?
What happens if the adhesive is not reusable? Will these be useless?
I used command hooks to stick it around a frame. It does have 3m adhesive on the back but didnt want to chance it messing up the paint or not being removable.

I haven't used the Kasa specifically, but I got the Govee product (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07N1CMGQQ) a couple years ago, and it's been on three different TVs. The adhesive is pretty sticky, but comes up clean. It probably can take a handful of swaps as you slowly pull it up from your TV, but not indefinitely.
If you really wanted, you could just tape it to the back of your TV, which is pretty much what it's doing anyway.

16.4 ft long (from their product specs)
One LED 1 every 1.31 inches.
16.4 feet
16 x 12 = 192
.4 feet = 4.8 inches (round up to 5)
192 + 5 = 197 inches
197 / 150 = one LED every 1.31 inches
You can decide if that's "big."
here, this one's even RGBIC for $9:

or twice as long (10m/32') for $10:

(no affiliation, I just searched "wifi led strips" on Amazon and sorted by price)

I imagine it would be just coincidence and luck if it "happened" to match out of the box. Right?
