If these are just returns from the past couple months deals then you're likely receiving a next to new one. But they don't say for sure.

But it's nice to know that they seemed pretty flexible…
Their standard return policy is a little extraordinary…not in a good way: They require that any damage to the set be reported within one day of receipt according to their return policy. Most people don't have the time to set up a TV within 24 hours of receiving it, especially one this size.
How do returns work? Just print the shipping label and take it to UPS or FedEx?
