From scratch with current prices (CPU/MB combo from MC for example)
AND expecting those knowledgeable on the build quality..
Looks like a fine deal for those of us looking for a 3070 build.
From what I've read you'd pretty much need to replace the mobo if you wanted to upgrade the PSU due to there being not many upgrade options since they use a new type of PSU (not too familiar with that).
I'll probably pass on this since I'd want something where I can upgrade the GPU later if wanted.
