I've never seen this before, but the price of the vest actually goes UP when I add the promo code. Starts at $54 in my cart, and goes up to $60 when I add the promo. Beware if buying multiple things that your best deal with this code would only be for items priced above $60.

Got the got the vest, down jacket and parka. The quality is actually pretty good. I wear it a lot. Keeps me pretty warm. Great for $60.

The Sherpa jacket was $30 a couple of weeks ago, I picked one up then, and I'd say it's worth 30 but I don't think I'd be interested in paying 60.

Runs a bit small, so if you're between sizes, size up.

I bought the Alpine Hoody and Frost Down Parka on the previous deal. Both see really well made. I was a little concerned about the "herringbone" design on the hoody but ended up liking it quite a bit. It was tagged as Primaloft Silver.

The Parka is RDS certified and mine was rated at 830 fill. Grey Goose. 90% cluster. Bluesign. Oeko-Tex Std 100. The only slight downside for me was the pockets if you want to put your hands in them. 4 in the front. The bottom two are square with a top flap w/button so it's a little awkward if you want to put your hands in there. The top two are chest high - side zip and are just a bit too high if you want to put your hands in there. All of them are a soft polyester interior (not fleece).

I'm really happy with both. Well worth it at this price IMHO.

Comparison to nanopuff? The cheap mountain hardware ones were crap IMO. Nano isn't water repellent tho
