I paid over $100 for that at Kohls on some sale, and worthy every penny.
To clarify, this is not better than the 301 (bigger carafe being the only better feature). This is a weird hybrid between the 201 and the 301. I purchased this from costco and returned it for the 301.

It's got the dial operation of the 201, but adds the "specialty" mode of the 301. However it lacks the hot water function of the 301.

I want to jump on the deal, I just have a Cuisinart model that still works and is 10 years old!

Is it supposed to be a better model than the 301 that was on sale in Kohl's last week?

Yes, it has a larger capacity, can can brew larger sizes for travel mugs/etc, the other only goes up to 12 oz per brew and this can do 16

Edit: and this is $50 cheaper too

I'm conflicted, keep 301 from Kohl's deal or get this.. I really don't need a bigger pot, I feel like the 301 has more touch screen controls versus this one, anyone else want to chime in? I will appreciate your feedback. TY

This is a great system. We were using Keurigs for several years (the last one being the Elite) but love the Ninja. Apart from anything else the controls are much better on this, too.

Best coffee, tea, noodle, etc maker out there. We got rid of our electric kettle and Keurig for this. No regrets. Easy to use. Large water reservoir. The frother is a gimmick you'll use the first week and then forget about. Solid multiple tool that saves counter space if you have a kettle.

Got one of these about a month ago for $50 more and it is definitely worth it. This is a fantastic price.

Kohl's deal was effectively this price after KC.

Keep in mind warranty only 90 days vs. the full year with new.

Great machine, the separate hot water was a feature I'm happy I upgraded for.

Best Buy has this for $99 new with one year warranty. Not sure if it's worth the money for an additional 9 months.

Edit: different model. Apologies
