I actually took it on a Frontier flight with me as my sole personal item over Thanksgiving. I have a different bag that's sized perfectly to Frontier's personal item dimensions but I heard Frontier has gotten really strict about that lately, and the problem with that other bag is that the sides bleb out if I pack my clothes too tightly (I usually roll them). I didn't want to take any chances and this bag was well within the limits and plus can even cinch down a bit to provide some compression. The mesh on the side was plenty deep so I never worked about my water bottle falling out even sideways through the x-ray machine, which I can't say for many other bags I've had. Plus the hydration pouch holder was the perfect size for my 13" MacBook Air and it stops a bit short of the bottom of the bag, so even though there was no padding the clothes at the bottom of my bag kept it padded whenever I set my bag down.
It was actually quite nice to travel with and I'm getting a second one to use as my climbing gym bag (which was the original purpose for the first purchase) so I can keep the first bag as a last-minute weekend trip bag.
As a climbing gym bag, I was able to throw in lifting shoes, climbing shoes, a climbing harness, chalk bag, belay device, and glasses case without having to play Tetris (they would have fit even better if I'd actually bothered to fit them properly instead of just shoving them in).
Hope some of that is helpful to someone!

What's next? requiring stuff to post good deals? I hope not or a lot of you will be in a bind not knowing where to start
....3 days after that, the original shipment showed up. Called Walmart about what to do because I dont need my account flagged as fraudulent over 11 bucks and they said just keep them.
TL : DR, yes, 4 backpacks for 11 bucks is indeed a super slick deal
