Most likely the same. Hoover and Hart are made by TTI, same company that makes Milwaukee, Ryobi, and Ridgid power tools

How is this compared to the Hart Spot Cleaner? That one usually goes on sale around ~$50-60 during the holidays. They look almost identical, just different color.

I just entered the code at check out and it works.

It does, price to the consumer is usually determined name and then manufacturing cost which is usually based on volume.

fyi, the WOWFRESH code didnt work for me unless it was in store pickup. But then it worked on the larger hoover carpet cleaner ($99 to $89)
