If you want to participate in the giveaway, make sure to sign up for their newsletter BEFORE December 5th to be eligible. The rules state that they will send you a code to redeem for a free game once you sign up for the newsletter. From there, they check to see if that code has been redeemed by December 5th so, you can be eligible to grab the next game being given away. I signed up for the newsletter. Just waiting for the initial code to be sent now.

Could you have signed up with that email in previous years perhaps? Maybe its only new signups. Try with a throwaway email if you have one. I use the Hide My Email forwarding option of iCloud+

I signed up and got the 3rd email with a switch code for PIRATES: ALL ABOARD!

It came in second after the 2nd email which was the confirmation email.

I signed up with one email... didnt get the 3rd email with the Pirates game code. I signed up AGAIN with a different email and it worked. The 3rd email came right after I confirmed and got the 2nd email with the subject, "Subscription Confirmed."

This process worked for me. Got the Pirate code within 1 min of confirming my email address. Then, headed to the redeem link provided in the quoted comment. Pasted the code and was able to redeem it without issue. Thanks.

YES, THIS.

Only if you subscribe from the above link do you get the code. Tried three times now, 100% verified.

I tried to just put my email in *again*, but that didn't work. I WAS able to UNSUBSCRIBE then subscribe again via the correct link, and it worked.

edit: I just PM'd SlickDelio and he said he'd fix the link.
also, the above link goes to https://mailchi.mp/841f564080b9/n...ergiveaway if that's useful. I had to use a desktop machine for get the "subscribe" button to function.
