Considering how seldom Apple chargers go on sale, this is a pretty good deal for a second charger.
If you're on the go and you have a M1/M2 Air or the 14" MBP, you probably don't need the 90W+ chargers. They're notably heavier and the smaller batteries in these models means you don't need that long for a meaningful partial charge on a 67W charger, plus the M1/M2 makes a partially charged battery go a long way even if it's not charged to 100%.

Gigantic for 67w in 22. Apple doesn't believe in GaN?
Correct. If you ask anyone that works for Apple corporate who's not incompetent, they'll tell you Apple doesn't want to be in the business of selling chargers (and cables for that matter). The margins are so low and it does nothing to push the needle forward for their brand; they're known for the electronic devices, not device charging.
Just like the iPhone debacle, they'd much rather charge you the same amount and not include a brick, and tell you to use the ubiquitous USB-C bricks you should have lying around your house a few years after that EU mandate comes down.

The only draw this charger has is that it's one of the only Type C chargers with a ground wire and removable cables on both ends. But nobody even uses that feature fully, so it doesn't matter.
The removable plug and cable also lends itself to being easily compatible with other Apple charging bricks around the world, which you might scavenge plugs from local spares when you're traveling, or buy a kit that Apple themselves make[woot.com].

That charger is so big, TSA would stop you for further inspection.
You're just being facetious. The 87W charger that's been provided with MBPs since 2016 is much larger, and in these past 6 years, I've had yet to hear about TSA stopping anyone for that.

one thing to consider, long term, this "Apple" charger will have decent resale value after a couple of years... no other brand can hold value used.
