Digital Credit for $2 was offered for one order of them. 2 orders of them got me a $4 digital credit for delayed shipping. Coupon code worked for both orders. I believe the 5% off was only for the first order.

Was previous frontpage deal in September for 7.79. Not quite as good a deal this go round but close and with digital credit for delayed shipping might be more appealing to you.

Don't forget the coupon code. 30YCTH2K

This is most likely more fuses than most people will ever need. If you run a business with multiple vehicles, trailers, etc then you will see the value of this kit immediately. With the price of a couple fuses easily coming up to this cost at a gas station or auto parts store when you need them, buying this kit to keep in your vehicle, RV, boat to have on hand and avoid the trip to the store and the inflated price to purchase a couple of them when you need them makes this kit worth the money as insurance. Having both size standard fuses in all applicable sizes saves you money and a headache in the future. No lost time, gas, labor etc getting fuses when you need them. Its an easy size to keep under the seat, in an emergency bag, glove box, tool box, etc.

It is literally cheaper to buy these and have them delivered to your house for when you need them than to spend the time and gas to go to the junk yard to steal them. Unless of course you live at or near a junk yard, which zoning laws generally are going to make less than likely. I assume you're joking but if not then there is always a moral component of your method related to the "social contract" that most folks like to avoid.

Good find! Hard choice but OP deal has a better assortment and will more likely match anything that you might need so I went with that.

I've blown multiple car fuses in the long, long, ago past. But in this day and age of modern electrical systems, if you're blowing fuses, you've definitely got a bigger electrical problem then just a fuse.

In general, this is true, but..

If you're like me and have multiple trailers, fifth wheel type or otherwise, I tend to blow more fuses than I'd like. Perhaps its because of connections on the trailer and such. When you're hauling horses across state lines etc, its nice to have a kit on the road just in case. Hate to be driving and find out that I no longer have signal or brake lights on the trailer because of a 2 cent fuse.

This is great timing because I need a 20A for my car, but fake spot gives the reviews an F, even after a reanalyze.

Anyone have any insight/experience with bulk fuse packs like these? Does it really matter?

I havent purchased this exact brand before but have purchased 4 to 6 of these kits off amazon over the past 10 years. Never had an issue. Fuses aren't too complicated. It's just a wire bridge that is supposed to break to protect other components. We've made them out of wire in a pinch. I guess you could get real complicated on metal thickness and amperage rating but again in my experience we've never had an issue. We run so many trailers, dump trailers, outdoor equipment, etc. It seems like we go through a couple fuses a month on average. If you get a tricky wiring situation with a trailer you can go through 5 or 10 just identifying and fixing the problem.

Got in a Sept deal for $7.79. Have only used one but...it's a fuse. Works fine and good to have around.

Last one I popped was cig lighter running a compressor. That circuit ran the 12v in the center console as well so no more charging phone, etc. Rare - but it happens.

Biggest complaint about these, or similar fuses, and not withstanding the size color or molded fuse size on each fuse, is that fuse size can be very hard to read. OEM fuse sizes are painted, so they are easy to read.
