Personally I swear by this combo every morning. Used to make a pourover every morning but with a baby this apparatus has been a lifesaver in providing an almost equivalent cup of coffee than a manual pour. Highly recommend

This is a bad math deal. I just paid $119 for the 8-cup coffeemaker during cyber week, and the grinder is routinely $70 or so. This deal is currently $279, so definitely NOT slick.
