Manager special price of ".00" will be specific to that store. From my experience in the twin cities store don't always follow one another. Additionally you have to go to the locations that aren't visited as much to find more manager specials. Like the West End never has them. I find them a lot more at the Egan location.

Not sure how necessary it is given it's at select Costco locations and nobody ever searches for "YMMV", so the YMMV should be implied. But I added it all the same.

Burnsville has been pretty good with these specials. The "Costco special" bike that is usually $299.99 was marked down to a flat $150 there about a month ago.
