Bought this last time the deal was posted. This thing can easily be knocked off the base and ends up not charging. As already mentioned, battery is small so if it didn't get charged fully, it'll run for like 10-15 minutes, go back to the charger, then SOMETIMES it would finish cleaning, but most of the time it would just not clean anymore until the next scheduled time. Cleans decent but I really miss my old xiaomi roborock.

Also, people in the past have complained about the wheels leaving black streaks on the floor by the charger. I haven't experienced this so maybe they already fixed the issue.

Hope they are not discontinuing it. Mine has yet to get the dual floor and spot cleaning firmware update. May pick up another one at this price for the second floor.

I have at this point bought 2 as gifts with the 3 year Walmart warranty. Love these vaccums. They work really well and the price is a steal.

Works with Home Assistant with simple-wwyze-vac [github.com]. Can't have 2FA enabled when integrating.

Valetudo *used* to work, but I couldn't get mine rooted.

The Eufy with LIDAR has 3000 pa suction. Is this as powerful?

Also, I think both companies have had security flaws and breaches.
I'll try to address this since I've had both. Each has their benefits and I don't care about the security stuff...it's a vacuum, not a camera.

The Wyze navigates better. It can avoid banging into most stuff, and when it does hit something it's a lighter tap than the Eufy. It's also better at resuming it's route after pausing. If you leave the Eufy on pause for more than 10 minutes or so, upon resuming it erases what it's done and wants to start a whole new route. The Wyze can remain paused for hours and can resume right where it left off. But it's vacuuming is louder than the Eufy though, and on my floor where I have tiles it clacks louder as it goes over each tile too.

The Eufy is more powerful on the highest setting, and it's quieter on the lowest setting, which is nice when you want to watch tv or talk on the phone while it's running. But it's navigation is worse than Wyze. It will bang into objects much more, to the point where you wonder if the thing actually has Lidar at all. I guess it's not a huge issue, but more of an annoyance if I'm watching it...I find myself shaking my head at it a lot. It's a known issue by their customer service too.

The apps are roughly the same. But I like Eufy's appearance a bit more, and it also has the ability to control it like a remote-control car if there's a specific spot you want to get.

Overall they're both very good and you really can't go wrong at this price point. It's basically a decision which is more important to you...navigation (Wyze) vs suction power and quietness (Eufy). Hope that helps!

Thank you for the response.

Another question is for rugs....I have a thick rug, like a plush rug with dense soft threads. Would you know which one is better at cleaning that or if both cannot handle it? I might have to cordon off the area of the rug if that's the case.

Can those who ordered this online and received it, confirm if you had received the latest firmware product?

Waiting for mine to arrive (supposedly today). I ordered it online, but the order is showing delivery from the store.

Edit: got a newer box, all the dates on it are from Dec of 2022.

Sorry, I'm not sure about that since I don't have those kinds of rugs. But yeah, you can always section off no-go areas in the app if needed.

Bought mine yesterday. Ordered online for store pickup and got white/green box. Went in store and found the black/green and bought it. Will return the white one. Been playing with it today and the features/tech aspect are pretty cool but unimpressed with the actual cleaning. It kicked litter around and seemed to make more of a mess. I just watched it go over some dustballs on a thin runner a few and and just moved then a little without actually picking up. Will play with it more as I'm not in a by rush but so far after novelty wears off not sure worth the price

The instructions were confusing, I managed to get it completed after a few tries. Here's a thread on this issue https://forums.wyze.com/t/unable-...152589/125

Got two in store and they were black w 306. Ordered more online as sold out in store and they send teal w brown box. Not sure firmware yet. I assume 113?

Confirmed. It is 113. Big screw as no spot
Clean or multifloor. Those are two definitely useful features i use on the 306 models. The forums on wyze say they will release the update to 306 in jan. Is it worth waiting for it or better to just return this?

To everyone who's not getting the 2 floor maps firmware update, are you changing the program to BETA in your Account - > Profile setting?

I've done this and I'm on 1.6.202 and I have a 2 floor plan.
