I'm not as familiar with mesh Wi-Fi systems as I prefer running non-mesh APs at various points in the house (via Ethernet cable). What I will say is you want a Wifi6/802.11ax system, and could consider one of the latest Wifi6e systems which have the new 6Ghz band (which isn't broadly supported by clients yet so may be of limited use currently except maybe as backhaul between mesh APs). I've found 802.11ax performance on 5Ghz band to be significantly better and more reliable than older AC access points.
