There's no real proof that they are beneficial for performance or increase longevity in any way... But on a fundamental physiological and psychological level, at least you know you have your bases covered if your diet is sub-optimal. Not everyone has the budget or time to go grocery shopping at Whole Foods for fresh organic fruits, vegetables, and grassfed meats every week.

Some of us are still living on potatoes, onions, eggs, oats, and a plethora of frozen foods.
Sorry, not all of us have every farking vitamin incorporated in our diets.
Has gelatin in it, which could be sourced from pork or beef.

I bought these last time. Looks to have fewer overall vitamins and minerals than Centrum brand. If that matters to you.

lol facts. I'd argue most live on fast food. Your diet might even be in the top percentile lol.

For what its worth, this is not kosher or halal. It has gelatin in it.

If you want a good kosher or halal multivitamin at a good price, go with Centrum Adult multivitamins.

if you want to go scientific, ask you doctor for a full blood work every year. you will find out exactly which vitamin you need and the quantity needed.

for most people who do not work in the sun they are severally deficient in vitamin D. if you eat a lot of processed foods, you are probably not getting the needed vitamins in your system.

but at the end of the day, you can take the multivitamin and guess or pay to find out.

I'm above average, so vitamins are beneficial for me Smilie

But, Target has 300ct for $13.59 plus 10% off coupon, which is a better deal IMO.
